Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Computer Science preferred)
- 2-3 years of working experience in Java development
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent attitude and communication skills
- Strong Java and Spring Boot knowledge with hands-on experience in object-oriented design and development
- Knowledge of RDBMS systems; experience with Cassandra is a plus
- Good understanding of microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical applications in software development
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to improve developer productivity
- Understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and AI-powered application integrations is a plus
- Exposure to AI APIs/frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies is desirable
