Operations at Scale: Building automation that is idempotent, resilient, auditable, and observable.
API Development: Designing and implementing robust, secure APIs for operational workflows.
Experience with RBAC, policy enforcement, and Azure Key Vault for secrets management.
Familiarity with containers/Kubernetes and how automation integrates with platform services (helpful but not required).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing self-service operational tools, dashboards, web UIs, or internal portals using Python/Django or comparable frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Azure-native automation, including Bicep modules, Azure DevOps pipelines, Azure Key Vault, RBAC, policies, and deployment guardrails.
Practical experience building event-driven automation, APIs, CLIs, or Git-backed workflows that convert operational runbooks into reusable services.
Familiarity with observability practices, including structured logging, metrics, health checks, pre/post-validation, and operational dashboards.
Experience supporting cloud or network platform operations at scale, with focus on reliability, auditability, security, and reduction of manual operational toil.
Exposure to containers, Kubernetes, platform services, and automation integration across hybrid cloud or telecom network environments.
Ability to collaborate effectively with platform engineering, security, operations, and external partner teams to deliver secure and production-ready automation.
Additional Job Information This is an offshore role that requires daily collaboration with U.S. stakeholders, including overlapping work hours to ensure effective partnership and meet business needs.
