TPFLP Investigation
- Field Visit of TP Cases, police station visits, Hospital visit, Insured visit, Driver Visit, Claimant Visit, spot visit, court visit, SP office visit.
- Quality check of investigation reports
- Data analysis of TPFLP, OD & TP claim and projects
- Liaising with police authority.
- Coordinate with investigator.
- Follow-up for investigation report and documents
- Calling to Insured, Driver, claimant.
- Calling for Pay & Recover cases.
