Job Description
Junior Software Engineers with AI-first, agentic coding expertise design, build, test, deploy, and maintain modern software applications while leveraging advanced Generative AI and agentic development tools to accelerate engineering outcomes. This role requires foundational software engineering skills combined with hands-on experience or strong familiarity using AI-assisted coding platforms and large language models such as Claude, OpenAI models, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other emerging AI development agents. Junior Software Engineers are responsible for supporting software analysis, design, programming, debugging, optimization, and modification of applications across commercial, enterprise, and end-user environments. They write quality code, develop automated tests, support CI/CD pipelines, integrate systems, and assist with production application support under guidance from senior team members.
