About the role As Technical Lead in one of the IoT Development Teams, you will work closely with developers, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, business stakeholders, and DevOps teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. The role includes responsibility for technical design, implementation approach, estimation, mentoring team members, and cross-team coordination, while ensuring that solutions meet requirements for performance, usability, stability, maintainability, and cybersecurity. It also requires active involvement in software development and technical leadership, helping guide technical decisions and delivery across the team.
