Team Overview The Managed File Transfer (MFT) team is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and compliant data exchange capabilities that support critical business operations across TransUnion. MFT serves as a foundational platform enabling customers, partners, and internal teams to securely transfer and process data while meeting regulatory, security, and operational requirements.

The team is currently leading several strategic modernization initiatives, including large-scale customer migrations, cloud transformation, platform modernization, operational excellence improvements, and compliance-driven programs. Success requires close collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Security, and Business stakeholders.

This role sits at the center of those efforts, helping translate business priorities into execution plans while ensuring successful delivery of customer-facing outcomes.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Role Overview And Core Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the strategic execution and adoption of the Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform.

This is not a traditional product management role. Success requires a unique combination of product management, program management, and project management disciplines. The ideal candidate can define priorities, drive execution, orchestrate complex initiatives, and hold teams accountable for commitments.
