Job Requirements About the Role The Territory Manager – 2-Wheeler Loans is responsible for sourcing and managing loan business through dealers, and existing channel partners. The role focuses on building a high-quality loan portfolio while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role holder is expected to lead a team, maintain strong market relationships, and drive business growth in a sales-supportive yet risk-conscious manner, contributing to the broader objectives of the bank’s retail lending business. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities

• Source and manage business through dealers, and other market channels.
• Acquire new customers and ensure consistent loan disbursement volumes.
• Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.
• Monitor and guide channel partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Stay updated on retail asset products, operational processes, and market trends.
• Identify evolving market dynamics and develop strategies for channel development and customer acquisition.
• Ensure adherence to all internal policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Recommend improvements to sales processes and credit policies to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality.
