The Transport Operations Executive is responsible for managing all site-based transportation operations, ensuring efficient fleet management, driver coordination, and adherence to safety standards. This role reports directly to the Facility Manager and serves as the primary point of contact for all transportation-related activities at the facility.

Key Responsibilities Fleet and Vehicle Management Oversee daily fleet operations including vehicle allocation, scheduling, and deployment to meet facility transportation requirements. Maintain comprehensive vehicle logs, service records, and inspection documentation. Coordinate regular maintenance schedules, repairs, and ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory compliance standards. Monitor vehicle utilization rates and recommend optimization strategies to improve efficiency.

Driver Coordination and Supervision Manage driver schedules, shift rotations, and route assignments to ensure timely transportation services. Conduct regular driver briefings on safety protocols, route changes, and operational updates. Monitor driver performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies. Coordinate driver training programs and certification renewals as required.
