Role Description
Responsible for prototype assembly, validation testing, process development, and test system development for hydraulic products and new technology initiatives. The role involves designing and developing test rigs, fixtures, hydraulic power packs, automation systems, and validation processes to support new product development, VA/VE projects, and product performance improvement initiatives.
Additionally, the role involves:
- Executing prototype and pilot assembly activities to support new product development and engineering projects.
- Developing and optimizing assembly, testing, and validation processes.
- Designing fixtures, jigs, test rigs, hydraulic power packs, and automation solutions.
- Conducting functional, endurance, fatigue, and performance testing of hydraulic products.
- Supporting design validation, process validation, and product qualification activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, performance, and manufacturability.
- Managing laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, calibration, and resource planning.
