Job Title: Engineer / Senior Engineer.
Function / Department: PLE.
Qualification: BE / Diploma – Electrical Engineering.
Desired Experience: 08 to 10 years in PLE Department.
Key Skills Required
- Good Knowledge on Breakdown maintenance of CNC, Grinding, and Induction Hardening Machines.
- Good supervisor skill & Man management skills
- Good knowledge on plating shop will be added advantage.
- Updation Knowledge on Breakdown logbooks & breakdown slips.
- Knowledge of breakdown analysis, Corrective & preventive action.
- Knowledge of Kaizens.
- Trouble shooting knowledge of CNC problems.
- Knowledge of Quenching & tempering machines.
- Good Knowledge of Hardening & tempering machines.
- Knowledge on Grinding Machine.
- Good Knowledge of Plating Shop.
- Knowledge of PLC & PC related machines.
- Knowledge on Spares Planning.
- Cost planning and control.
- Handling IT Projects. Etc.….
