Assistant Manager - Mechanical (Boiler)

To execute and coordinate Boiler Structure and Ducting construction activities for thermal power plant projects, ensuring safe, timely, and quality erection of structural steel, flue gas ducts, air ducts, support systems, and associated boiler components. The role is responsible for achieving project milestones while ensuring adherence to engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Supervise erection and installation activities of Boiler Structures, Ducting Systems, and associated supports.
• Execute structural erection activities including columns, beams, platforms, galleries, bracings, stairways, and access structures.
• Monitor erection of Air Ducts, Flue Gas Ducts, ESP Ducts, APH Connecting Ducts, Expansion Joints, Dampers, and associated systems.
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, technical specifications, erection methodologies, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, quality, safety, stores, and contractor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure achievement of project schedules and milestones.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors engaged in structural and ducting erection activities.
• Coordinate material availability and ensure timely utilization of supplied materials.
