Place: Weigh, measure, chop, and prep raw ingredients (flour, sugar, butter, eggs) according to daily production sheets. Production & Baking: Assist in mixing doughs, shaping breads, scaling batters, and monitoring oven temperatures and bake times. Finishing & Decoration: Help with icing, piping, glazing, and arranging pastries or desserts for display and service. Inventory & Stock: Check stock levels, receive deliveries, rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out), and label/date all food items.
