Responsibilities

- Develop, operate, and continuously improve SAP Signavio workflows, Signavio interfaces to connected platforms and AI-enabled process solutions

- Implement, test, and deploy changes while ensuring stability of productive systems

- Respond to incidents, prioritize work items, and ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements (reaction time, resolution time, availability)

- Support the capture and clarification of customer and business requirements in close collaboration with internal stakeholders

- Support SAP Signavio administration, including platform configuration and user management

- Collaborate with training, process quality assurance, and engineering teams to improve services and operational standards

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree with a technical focus from an accredited institution

- Solid DevOps engineering background with minimum 5 years experience in:
