Support Analyst with foundational knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Invoice processes and a strong aptitude for structured troubleshooting across application, integration, and process layers. The role is part of the growing S/4 AMS team in Hyderabad and is designed for professionals who bring analytical thinking, process understanding, and a willingness to strengthen expertise in an ITIL-aligned support environment.

Responsibilities

The focus is on incident analysis, root-cause identification, and reliable issue resolution. Candidates are expected to work within defined support processes, escalate where needed, and continuously build knowledge on SAP Standard and Clean Core principles.

- Core competencies: SAP S/4HANA SD / Order-to-Cash, ITIL-aligned incident handling, structured problem analysis, ticket documentation, and escalation support

- Functional focus: Sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, output, integration aspects with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, TM) and basic understanding of EDI flows and intercompany or STO scenarios
