Key Responsibilities

Functional

- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP TM solutions: Freight agreement management, transportation planning, transportation execution, freight settlement and charge calculation

- Configure and maintain transportation management master data (locations, means of transport, schedules, lanes, equipment types, etc.)

- Manage integration touchpoints with SD, MM, EWM/WM, and Logistics Execution

- Perform root cause analysis for recurring functional issues and propose permanent fixes

Technical

- Debug and troubleshoot ABAP code, BAdIs, user exits, and enhancement points specific to TM

- Build/support interfaces (IDoc, SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, EDI) between TM, carriers, and third-party logistics systems

- Support Fiori apps and OData services used in TM solutions

- Monitor and troubleshoot background jobs and resolve interface failures
