- Good knowledge of textile and upholstery quality inspection.
- Strong understanding of fabric defects and workmanship defects.
- Knowledge of AQL, sampling methods, inspection procedures, and quality standards.
- Working knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5-Why, Fishbone, RCA, CAPA, and problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, PFD, SOP, and inspection standards.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchase, and Suppliers.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.
