Location: Indore, MP

Reporting To: Store Manager / Production Head

Job Summary
The Inventory & Stores Executive is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, ensuring timely material availability for production, and maintaining proper documentation and system updates. The role also involves coordination with production teams and adherence to 5S and Kaizen practices for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain
accurate physical vs system inventory at all times
- Conduct
regular stock verification and reconciliation
- Ensure
proper bin card updating for all materials
- Handle
and support stock audits
Material Handling & Coordination
- Ensure
timely material issue to production lines
- Coordinate
with Gluing and RM Stores for arranging core and raw materials for assembly and roll packing
- Follow
up on job work materials to ensure availability
Inward & Documentation
- Manage
material inward process
- Verify
and maintain all inward documents
- Submit
required documents to accounts for supplier payments
