Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site operations of boilers, high temperature thermic fluid heater, ash / fuel handling, water treatment, and associated utilities.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of power plant equipment to achieve maximum uptime and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, optimize costs, and reduce breakdowns.
• Prepare and implement annual shutdown plans, coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety norms (LOTO, IMS, 5S, statutory regulations) to achieve zero-incident operations.
• Monitor and analyze plant performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Handle project execution activities including technical finalization, vendor coordination, and quality control.
• Manage statutory compliance and liaise with government bodies for inspections, approvals, and certifications.
• Lead audits (internal/external) and ensure closure of observations within stipulated timelines.
• Build and mentor a high-performance team, fostering a positive work culture.
• Maintain strong client relations by providing timely updates on plant performance, cost savings, and project status.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on operational KPIs, project progress, and financial performance.
