FE Production Associate

Job Requirements Job Requirements Responsible for operating CNC and surfacing machines for the generation of required optical lens power as per customer/job specifications. The role involves machine setup and operation, and also Machines calibrations ,lens blocking and surfacing processes,. In-process quality inspection, troubleshooting of process deviations, and preparation of daily production reports Load and unload lens blanks correctly and ensure proper identification and traceability. Perform required blocking, generating, fining, and polishing-related operations as applicable to the production process. Verify lens power using appropriate optical measuring instruments such as a lensometer. Work Experience CNC Machines operations Basic computer skill Report and Documentation creation . Productivity and continual improvement Product quality standards
