Financial Systems Analyst I (GL, AHCS, FCCS, EDMCS)

Position Overview: The Product Analyst for Oracle EBS General Ledger and Intercompany plays a crucial role in analyzing existing business processes and requirements that reside on Oracle EBS, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring efficient implementation to Oracle EBS applications. They work closely with stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors, to support the migration of process while ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product lead, finance process teams and technical teams to configure & design solutions that meet business needs

• Apply industry best practices in ERP financial design and configuration for scalable and auditable solutions

• Configure and support ERP modules Oracle EBS General Ledger and Intercompany

• Participate in developing user stories, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure effective scrum execution.

• Support change management, training, and testing activities across user groups

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information System, or related field.
