Role location Hybrid (two days in-office, three days virtual). About the role As a Java Microservices Developer, you will help design, build and modernize secure, scalable microservices that support retirement product solutions and customer processing. You will develop cloud-ready applications using modern Java technologies and contribute to reliable, high-performance platforms that support critical business operations. Working closely with product, engineering and business teams, you will transform business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining security, quality and operational excellence. Success in this role is measured through resilient service delivery, system performance improvements and modernization outcomes. Your key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain secure, scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot technologies.
• Design and build RESTful APIs that integrate with databases, messaging platforms and external systems.
• Deploy, monitor and support containerized applications across OpenShift and cloud environments.
• Modernize legacy applications into reusable, maintainable and scalable service-based architectures while contributing to continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
