About the team We are Client centric Testing Services team that aims at reducing manual testing effort and cycle time by automating client business scenarios using client data set. With simplified process along with customized approach of automation, we support faster application upgrade to latest release with confidence and without capital or headcount cost.

What you will be doing We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Testing Services team supporting Clients globally. This role focuses on working with Clients, global teams to gather requirements, translate requirements/business use cases into test cases, working with testing teams to automate test cases and further report/present results to the Clients and other stakeholders. You will also take part in executing, monitoring and analysing Automated Regression suites and results, do root cause analysis of failures, log and manage defects and present findings and metrics to Dev, Operations and Leadership teams. You will be required to leverage AI tools and techniques to implement and suggest proactive solutions.

What you bring: Knowledge / Experience

• Min 8-14 years of professional working experience.

• Min 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
