Job description
The Lead – Finance Controller will be responsible for driving financial governance, budgeting, MIS reporting, project finance control, cost monitoring, accounting compliance, and business performance analysis for assigned real estate projects and business units. The role will partner closely with project teams and management to ensure financial discipline, profitability, compliance, and effective decision-making.

Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises for assigned projects/business units.
- Monitor budgets against actual expenditures and identify key variances.
- Support management in business planning and financial decision-making.
- Develop project cash flow forecasts and monitor financial performance.
Financial Controllership
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records, transactions, and reporting.
- Review month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Monitor adherence to internal financial controls and accounting policies.
- Implement best practices in financial governance and compliance.
