SAP SuccessFactors Functional Solutions Consultant (Total Rewards)

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Solutions Consultant to support the Total Rewards (TR) functional vertical within People Experience Functional Solutions Team.

This role will serve as the primary functional partner for Total Rewards processes and SAP SuccessFactors solutions, partnering with People Solutions, Technology, AMS and business stakeholders to drive solution design, platform governance, enhancements, releases and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise with business process knowledge in Compensation, Variable Pay, Benefits, Workforce Rewards and related HR processes. The role requires a highly consultative individual who can translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions while balancing user experience, governance, data integrity and operational sustainability.
