Job Description: Program Leader – Employee Relations Reports to: Associate Director Location: Hyderabad Department: Human Resources Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Flexible

Role Overview: The Employee Relations Lead is responsible for managing employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and performance improvement cases at the designated site. This role ensures that all employee relations activities are handled in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner. The Employee Relations Lead will work closely with management and employees to foster a positive work environment and address issues promptly and effectively. Thie role will also be accountable for conceptualizing and leading multiple initiatives keeping in mind the changing needs of the organization.
