Job description
Position Description: An Regional Retail Head is primarily responsible driving top-line growth across multiple lines of business (LOBs), including Agency, Motor Dealer/OEMs, Retail Brokers, and Bancassurance. The Regional Retail Head will be responsible for portfolio diversification, partner engagement, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering sustainable business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and achieve
monthly revenue targets across all retail channels: Agency, Motor Dealer/OEMs, Retail Brokers, and Bancassurance.
- Ensure balanced
portfolio growth across Motor, Non-Motor, and Health insurance products.
- Own and manage all
preferred retail lines of business across the assigned region.
- Consistently meet
business goals and revenue objectives.
- Lead recruitment
and onboarding of agents, brokers, and dealers through the regional team.
