Security Officer

At Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90, an IHG Hotel, the safety and security of our guests, colleagues, and property are our top priorities. We are seeking a vigilant, responsible, and service-oriented Security Officer who will help maintain a safe and secure environment while delivering warm, professional, and welcoming hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring hotel premises, implementing security procedures, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with hotel safety standards and operational policies. What You'll Do

• Monitor hotel premises, including guest areas, back-of-house areas, entrances, exits, and other designated locations, to ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, and property.
• Conduct regular security patrols and maintain vigilance throughout the assigned shift.
• Monitor CCTV systems, access control points, and surveillance equipment to identify and report suspicious activities.
• Verify the movement of colleagues, visitors, contractors, and vehicles in accordance with hotel security procedures.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and guest or colleague concerns.
• Assist in implementing emergency response procedures, fire safety protocols, evacuation drills, and other life-safety measures.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, visitor entries, security checks, and shift handovers.
• Support the enforcement of hotel policies and ensure compliance with established security procedures.
