Job description
It will be responsible for driving safe, efficient, and quality-focused operations of the solar cell manufacturing line. The role involves managing shift operations, ensuring production targets are achieved, improving process efficiency, minimizing losses, and leading shop-floor teams to deliver world-class manufacturing performance in line with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Production Operations Management
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for solar cell manufacturing lines.
- Monitor and control production parameters to ensure stable process performance and optimum output.
- Drive adherence to production schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and material resources.
- Lead shift-wise production activities and address operational bottlenecks.
Process Control & Yield Improvement
- Monitor critical process parameters across cell manufacturing processes such as:
- Texturing
- Diffusion
- PECVD
- Laser Processing
- Screen Printing
- Firing
