Routine
1. System DCS/PLC Programming & Troubleshooting
2. Emergency Shutdown System (ESD) Maintenance and Troubleshooting
3. Control System Optimization
4. Adhere to all Regulatory Compliance and Standards (e.g., ISO, IEC)
5. Execute Maintenance & troubleshooting of various critical Process Control Systems, Sensors and Transmitters, Control Valves and Actuators
6. Applying Process Automation & Controls.
7. Instrumentation Installation & Commissioning
8. Calibration and Troubleshooting
9. Ensure Safety Practices are followed as per PTW SOP.
10. Execute Management of Change (MOC) processes, ensuring proper documentation, impact assessment, and safe implementation of modifications.
1. Execution of testing, calibration, and maintenance of field instruments, ensuring system accuracy, reliability, and operational readiness.
2. Integrate new instrumentation systems with existing control architecture, ensuring seamless data flow, compatibility, and operational consistency.
