Job description
Job Title: Specialist – Facilities, Technical Services Location: R1RCM Global Pvt Ltd., Tikri Department: Administration & Facilities Reports To: Program Manager – Administration & Facilities Experience Required: 4–6 Years Shift - Rotational (Morning, Night)
Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Operations (Electrical, Plumbing & Maintenance)
- Support operation and maintenance of: Electrical systems (LT panels, UPS, DG, lighting) HVAC systems (PAC/AHU) Plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, fixtures) Fire safety systems (hydrant, alarms, extinguishers)
- Execute and track R&M (Repair & Maintenance) activities
- Assist in breakdown handling and coordinate with vendors for quick resolution
- Maintain daily maintenance logs and checklists
2. Maintenance Planning & Tracking
- Prepare and track 52-week maintenance calendar for all technical systems
- Ensure execution of: Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities
- Maintain records of: Completed vs planned tasks Downtime and issue logs
- Share regular updates with the reporting manager
3. MST Team & Shift Management
- Allocate daily tasks to MSTs (Multi-Skilled Technicians)
- Monitor and track daily activities of MSTs
- Manage shift planning and manpower allocation
- Ensure adequate staffing as per operational requirements
