Agency, Retail & Prime Broking - Central Strategy Team

We are building the next layer of Digit’s distribution growth engine. As part of the Central Strategy Team, you will work at the intersection of business strategy, sales analytics, partner design, and project execution to shape the future of our Agency and Retail Broking channels.

This role is designed for individuals who enjoy problem‑solving with data, translating insights into action, and influencing large-scale distribution outcomes across India.

You will work closely with senior leadership, key partners, zonal teams, actuarial, product, and technology to design and execute strategic initiatives that expand market share, improve productivity, and enhance partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Growth Architecture

• Develop channel-level strategic plans using

data-driven models—market mapping, partner segmentation, white-space identification, and productivity benchmarking.

• Design growth interventions across Agency

& Broking verticals, including incentive programs, territory expansion models, and channel profitability improvements.

• Evaluate new business opportunities, product gaps, and

macro market movements to shape long-term growth strategy.
