2. Job Purpose
To ensure safe, efficient and continuous production of plastic components through injection moulding while achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, optimizing machine/process performance and controlling production costs.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and optimize
injection moulding machines.
- Monitor and control cycle
time, machine efficiency, productivity and rejection.
- Troubleshoot moulding
defects and process-related issues.
- Carry out mould change and
ensure proper machine and mould setup.
- Monitor production against
daily/monthly production plans and targets.
