Job Title: Quality – Junior Officer
Department: Quality Assurance

Plant: Manufacturing Unit

Employment Type: Permanent
Job Purpose
To support the Quality Assurance function by ensuring consistent quality of injection moulded products through inspection, process monitoring, defect identification and adherence to approved quality standards, procedures and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all Quality
Management System (QMS) procedures, work instructions and quality standards.
- Perform visual and basic
dimensional inspection of plastic injection moulded parts as per approved standards.
- Check products against
approved drawings, specifications, control plans and inspection standards.
- Identify, segregate and
report defective products to prevent mixing with accepted products.
- Support first-off inspection
and approval during production.
- Conduct in-process quality
inspections at defined intervals.
- Monitor product quality
during injection moulding and report deviations to the concerned team.
