Job Purpose
The position is that of frontline sales personnel who would primarily be responsible for growth and penetration of wood
coatings ranging from melamine to high end PU coatings in defined geography through creation, nurturing, expansion
and management of Dealer Network and stakeholders comprising of Contractors, Applicators, Furniture manufacturers,
Architects and end Consumers and thereby, achieving overall business objectives.
Business objectives
· Assist the dealer network in driving sales value and volume for
Wood Coatings
· Generate demand for wood coatings by means of organizing
activations, samplings and trainings to stakeholders like
contractors, applicators etc.
· Expand the network for wood coatings through integration with
retail, projects and services team by means of sharing of leads
· Drive growth by targeting and engaging with certain specific
