Senior Executive – Site Operations | Farm Connect Location: Purkaji, Uttar Pradesh Department: Site Operations Employment Type: Permanent Experience: 4–6 Years About the Role We are looking for a Senior Executive – Site Operations to manage day-to-day field and pack house operations at the Farm Connect site. The role will be responsible for effective manpower deployment, productivity, product quality, packaging operations and timely dispatches. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field and pack house operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Plan and monitor manpower deployment across operational activities and ensure optimum utilization.
- Drive manpower productivity and operational efficiency through effective supervision and coordination.
- Ensure proper handling, sorting, grading and packaging of fruits and vegetables as per defined quality standards.
- Monitor product quality and identify quality issues during field and pack house operations.
- Coordinate and monitor dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate supply to the designated destinations.
