Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is, to maintain the mould cavities of all rotmoulded products and doing regular maintenance of that to be achieved intended result in product and prevent loss of down time and notable rejection.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain mould inventory.

· Intermediate role playing in design team and mould maker to deliver better mould design for easy and smooth production.

· New mould trials , dimension verification and approval activity is my key responsibility.

· Doing mould maintenance regular basis and available mould ready to use.

· Doing mould loading /unloading activity on time to avoid production loss & delay.

· Monitor to Roto pallet frame availability, Inventory, quality checking process and deliver to machine as in required weight.

· Developed sizer for plastic product as per requirement.

· Making spider support to enhance mould qty on a single arm.

· Maintenance of machine arm.
